IU Human Subjects Office announces MyRA for IRB

March 15, 2011

The IU Human Subjects Office is pleased to announce My Research Administration (MyRA) a new resource that will allow Principal Investigators and designated study contacts to view the status of their IRB studies. MyRA will replace the Human Submission Tracking System, a read-only database that was previously available to provide PI's and designated study contacts the status of their protocol submissions. Beginning March 15th, the read-only database will no longer be available. Researchers and their staff will need to use MyRA to view this study information.

MyRA is available on the Human Subjects Office website here:

A MyRA Quick Guide is provided on the MyRA access page. The Quick Guide uses step-by-step instructions for how to navigate the new site. In addition to IRB information, MyRA is also a resource for Office of Research Administration contacts, summary of account budget, actual expenditures, percent expended, encumbrances, and balance. Additionally, data from MyRA has email and print functions and can be exported to Excel.

If you have questions regarding MyRA, or the removal of the read-only database, please contact the Human Subjects Offices:
