The Office of Research Administration is proud to announce the
release of the new IU Human Subjects website.

The new IU Human Subjects Office website provides information for the Biomedical IRBs and the Social Science, Behavioral, and Educational Research IRBs. The new website was created as a result of the merge of the Indianapolis and Bloomington Human Subjects Offices under one Human Research Protection Program. The Forms, Policies, FAQs, and Educational information are no longer campus-specific. The overall goal of the new site is to provide one website for researchers to obtain information and forms related to the Human Subjects/IRB process.

The updated and new IRB forms are also posted to the new website and can be easily accessed at the following link:

If you access the old website pages, you will encounter a message and be redirected to the new website. If you do have the old website pages bookmarked, it would be beneficial for you to add new bookmarks. As with any website, changes will occur on a periodic basis.
