ORA is pleased to announce the introduction of a Service Survey

August 30, 2010

As a component of its on-going program of quality improvement, the Office of Research Administration (ORA) is pleased to announce the introduction of a Service Survey – as a way for the researchers to tell us how we are doing.

The survey is being pilot tested with the IRB. Each month, a sample of IRB approvals will be randomly selected. The corresponding PIs/Contact Persons will be asked to complete five questions to assess their recent interaction and experience with the IRB. Participation, of course, is voluntary. Answers are confidential, no individual’s answers will ever be identified in any report, and all information will be presented in the aggregate.

Once the IRB Service Survey has been tested, similar ones will be launched for the other ORA units. Your feedback is critical in helping us to identify how to improve our service to the IU research community.

Thank you.
