The Indiana University Health Board of Directors is pleased to announce the availability of 2014-2016 Values Fund grants for:
- Medical Research
- Medical Education
- The Integration of Religious and Spiritual Dimension to Health Care
Eligible applicants for the Values Grant programs include employees of the IU Health academic health center (AHC) and/or those with IU Health medical staff including physicians and health professionals with admitting privileges at the IU Health AHC (i.e. IU Health University, IU Health Riley, IU Health Saxony and IU Health Methodist). Please check the practitioner’s privileges link in PULSE to see if you qualify as having medical staff privileges at IUH AHC hospitals by going to the IU Health website PULSE > Resources > Practitioner Privileges
The Medical Research, Medical Education and The Integration of Religious and Spiritual Dimension in Health Care grant application due-date is noon,12:00p.m. Monday, October 14, 2013 with funding for the Medical Research and Medical Education grants beginning in the early to mid spring on or about May 1, 2014. The Integration of Religious and Spiritual Dimension in Health Care begins funding on or about April 1, 2014.
Pre-application or open informational sessions will be held in which applicants may ask questions about eligibility, grant program instructions, forms and learn more about the IU Health Values Fund application process at the following dates/times and locations.

Applications for The Integration of Religious and Spiritual Dimensions in Health Care are due by 12:00pm, Noon on Monday, October 14, 2013.
A one page Letter of Intent (LOI) is encouraged to be submitted by Monday, August 26, 2013 by all applicants for only The Integration of Religious and Spiritual Dimensions in Health Care grant program.
Application requirements and submission due dates vary among the three Values Fund grant programs so applicants should carefully review the full instructions of each Values Fund grant programs and call and ask questions of the contact listed for each grant program.
