These rates are to be applied to the total direct costs less the following: equipment, the amount of each individual subgrant or subcontract, alteration and renovation expenses, I.U. Hospital charges, student aid costs (tuition and fellowships) and tuition remissions.

Mileage allowance 25 cents per mile for the first 500 miles. Reimbursement for parking and tolls is available with receipts. Reimbursement shall be in accordance with the University’s travel policies; see further details in the Indiana University Travel Regulations.

Group A - TIAA-CREF personnel on 10 and 12 month appointment employed prior to January 1, 1989.
Group B - TIAA-CREF personnel on 10 and 12 month appointment employed after December 31, 1988.
Group C - Fringe benefits and FICA on summer salary on personnel on 10 month appointment.
Group D - PERF personnel (also includes professional personnel in classification 9 through 15 who have elected to have their retirement funds placed in TIAA-CREF).
Group E - Hourly non-student personnel and in-house consultants.
Group F - PERF personnel on internal consulting basis.
